By calling, texting, or submitting an inquiry to HatchLeads and giving consent, you agree to receive customer-care text messages related to your inquiry.
Messages may include missed-call text-backs, availability follow-up, tour request follow-up, and support related to HatchLeads services.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply HELP for help.
HatchLeads does not send marketing blasts, purchased-list texts, cold texts, or unrelated promotional messages.
Verbal Consent Script
When a person asks HatchLeads for help by phone or requests SMS follow-up, HatchLeads or an approved representative uses this script before sending text messages:
"HatchLeads can send you text messages about your inquiry, including missed-call follow-up, availability questions, pricing questions, tour follow-up, or support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Do you agree to receive these text messages from HatchLeads?"
Sample Consent Conversation
Representative: "HatchLeads can text you about this inquiry. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Do you agree to receive these messages?"
Customer: "Yes."
Representative: "Thank you. We will only text you about this inquiry. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out."
How Consent Is Recorded
HatchLeads records consent by logging the inquiry source, phone number, date and time, consent method, and related message history in the workflow or lead tracker.
Opt-Out
Users can reply STOP to opt out. Users can reply HELP for help. HatchLeads honors opt-out requests and does not continue texting users who opt out.
